The "Service" Defined
Our terms distinguish between "Site Usage" (cleanhaveno.world) and "Service Delivery" (cleaning operations at your location). Both are bound by these rules.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing cleanhaveno.world, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are booking on behalf of a corporate entity (e.g., a Facilities Manager or Executive Assistant), you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or booking services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via the email address provided during booking.
Scope of Website Liability
cleanhaveno.world is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions, scheduling errors due to technical glitches, or inaccuracies in informational content. Our liability for service delivery is strictly governed by the Service Agreement signed prior to cleaning.
Visual Context: All binding agreements are finalized via our secure portal or signed physical documents before service commencement.
Service Constraints & Client Responsibilities
To maintain the "Parisian Standard" of clean, specific environmental constraints apply. We operate within realistic scenarios, not magic. Here is what limits our ability to deliver and what we require from you.
Access Restrictions
- Keys must be available or accessible via code/lockbox.
- Parking must be secured for our team van.
- Security clearance for sensitive corporate areas must be arranged in advance.
Surface Trade-offs
- Antique or delicate surfaces may require "Dusting Only" status.
- Harsh chemical bans apply to natural stone unless specifically waived.
- Heavy furniture rearrangement is excluded unless booked as "Deep Clean".
The "What Changes Our Mind" Clause
Hazardous Environment: Presence of mold, bio-hazards, or vermin (standard cleaning insurance does not cover remediation).
Unforeseen Access Failure: Locked rooms or blocked access points that delay the timeline by >30 mins.
Aggressive Behavior: Any harassment toward our staff results in immediate termination of the contract without refund.
Decision Criteria
We ask Facilities Managers to review the "Access Restrictions" before booking. Clarity here prevents 90% of service delays.
Key Terminology
Legal clarity is essential. These terms are used throughout our communications and invoices.
Standard Clean
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping. Excludes inside cabinets, heavy appliances, and windows.
Deep Clean
Includes baseboards, inside windows, fixtures, and detailed scrubbing of high-traffic areas. Requires specific booking.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior.
Less than 24 hours incurs a 50% fee to cover staff allocation.
